2/10
The location was good, and the surroundings were quiet, with shops and restaurants nearby. But the service and room had several problems. The floor hadn't been swept, and there was a dead cockroach about the size of a crocodile, probably there for days. Soap was stuck to the shower floor, and the curtain was stained. When I asked a staff member to put some perishable food in the refrigerator, she flat-out refused. The soundproofing was poor too. One night I could hear a couple having sex, apparently on the third floor. It was in poor taste.

The price is affordable for this location, and service was average. Rooms are spacious, with rustic furniture and old TVs. Some don't have working cable, and the beds and mattresses need replacing. Bathrooms are large, with simple tile and hot water. There seems to be an anti-seismic structure, and Wi-Fi is available on each floor.
