I was late checking out because I have a baby and a toddler, and we needed a little extra time. The manager came into the apartment yelling that we should already be out. After I returned the key, she still wouldn't leave, even when I asked for privacy so we could take our things out. She kept blaming us and said she wouldn't step outside until we left the building. I offered to pay extra for the time, but she said the apartment was already rented. I checked online and all nine apartments were still available. I don't know if she was the owner or an employee, but I wouldn't recommend this place. They never gave me a receipt, though I have WhatsApp screenshots. I'm pretty sure what she did was illegal.

I went to look at an apartment for rent. It all looked really nice, but the place felt deserted. The common spaces were lovely, yet nobody was using them. Even the meditation and dog park area was dark and empty.

I booked an Airbnb with a pool for December 31 through January 1, with check-in at 3 PM. At 2:20 PM on the 31st, after I'd paid in full, the host told me the pool was closed and management wouldn't allow anyone to use it. I asked if there was some adjustment since I was told so late, but she only offered a refund. She asked whether I wanted it, saying she had another guest interested. Be very careful.

I booked several places for a work event, and the coordinator who hosted us was awful. Visitors had a really bad experience. The accommodations have the basics, but nearby places offer the same things with better service.

Across from the US Embassy and right by El Polo Shopping Center, this hotel is handy for business meetings or a night between trips. The area has a lot nearby, including clinics, cinemas, the financial district, a mall, restaurants, and a supermarket. Good hotel.
