Good deals and great service.

My first stay here went well, and the service was adequate. The second was a different story. My two-year-old son got locked out of the bathroom, and it took the staff a long time to get the key. When I asked what was taking so long, all I got was, “You'll have to wait.” I was frustrated because I'd paid for good service. The young woman told me, “You paid a promotional rate,” which felt disrespectful and completely lacking in empathy, especially with a small child urgently needing the bathroom. I travel to Lima often, but I won't stay at this hotel again.

The bathrooms are on the small side, so that may not suit everyone. Still, I had a good stay at this cozy, homey hotel, a nice choice for some peace and quiet. The rooms come as single, double, or twin, and they're clean and functional. Breakfast is American style and good value, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I'd recommend it if you're after a simple, well-located place.

The breakfast was simple but tasty, and everyone was so friendly. My daughter and I felt very safe here. The hotel was lovely, smelled nice, and everything was in excellent condition. Service was very good too. My only change would be a later checkout, at 12 or 1 pm. Otherwise, highly recommend 😁🥰
