The helpful, very friendly staff and quiet atmosphere made this a great choice while my partner and I were touring Tarapoto. Our room was comfortable, with air conditioning, a spacious private bathroom, wardrobe, and a handy table and chair for working. It was cleaned daily, with clear attention to detail. We'd definitely recommend staying here if you want to relax and enjoy your time in Tarapoto.

It's four blocks from the main square, close to several places of interest around the city. I appreciated having air conditioning in Tarapoto's intense heat. Just a personal suggestion: it would be nice to have a smart TV.

We got a four-night, three-day package that came with a hotel stay and tours. The tours were excellent. Our room had the agreed features, including air conditioning, hot water, and breakfast with papaya juice, bread, egg, and fried plantain. The AC didn't cool very well, the room light was poor, and although daily cleaning was supposed to be included, they only cleaned once. For the price, it was very good. I think it was four blocks from the plaza.

They were attentive the whole time, even helping me sort out a problem with my online classes. We stayed four nights, booked tours through the hotel, and found the staff friendly and very helpful. Prices are reasonable, the quality is good, and it's a short walk from the main square. The rooms were clean, orderly, and air-conditioned, which you really need in Tarapoto. They cleaned daily. I highly recommend the place, 10/10.
