Friendly, professional staff and clean, comfortable rooms. The hotel is only a couple of blocks from the central park. On weekends, ask for a room at the back. There’s a discotheque across the street, and while we couldn’t hear it from our back room, our friends in a front-facing room were bothered by the noise.

The rooftop gives you a spectacular view over the city, and the hotel is new and very clean. It’s right in central Tarapoto, only minutes from the airport. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The new facilities were spotless, and the woman in charge of breakfast and cleaning was so professional and kind. She made us feel wonderful. This hotel surprised me, and I’ll come back. I recommend it 100% ❤️

The location is handy, with restaurants, nightclubs, and minimarkets close by and the main square just a few blocks away. We also had a great city view, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Free Netflix and internet were a nice extra. Everything felt new and very clean, and the breakfast was varied and delicious. A comfortable place I’d definitely recommend if you’re visiting Tarapoto ❤️❤️

Breakfast on the rooftop terrace comes with panoramic city views, just steps from the main square, and the prices are reasonable. The service felt like being at home. Our beautiful rooms were well ventilated, and the cleanliness was impeccable. Excellent experience, highly recommended.
