The hostel includes breakfast, and the people working there were friendly. It's clean, with private bathrooms and hot showers. Puno gets cold at night, but for an extra S/10 you can use a plug-in heater, which works great. Good location, close to popular spots like Plaza de Armas. It's affordable too.

The owner was arrogant, and the rooms were in poor condition. On top of that, they charged extra the next day, saying the price was higher. If you're staying in Puno, I'd avoid this place.
