It has hot water all day and night, and it's right beside Parque Pino, the park in the town center. I'm not sure why it only has three stars. For what you pay, the quality is amazing. I've stayed in hotels costing twice as much with pretty much the same interior and no hot water.

The manager was friendly and the service was excellent. The rooms felt safe, were clean, and were comfortable. Everything is close by, and there are good breakfast options as well as nearby pharmacies if you're feeling unwell. I enjoyed my stay and will come back whenever I visit this lovely city.

They let me wait at reception for hours after checkout because my bus wasn't leaving yet and it was raining and freezing outside. They gave me a blanket and let me use the Wi-Fi for free, which made the wait much easier. The hostel is in a very good location, and the service is super friendly, with helpful suggestions and advice. My room was spotless, with a good bed and a nice bathroom. The shower had great pressure and hot water any time of day. Such unbeatable hospitality. If I'm back in Puno, I'll definitely stay here again.

The market is just across the street, with everything you might need. It's a nice, cozy place, only minutes from the Plaza, the bus terminal, and the lake terminal.
