The staff were kind, and the pool was clean. The rooms are large and have balconies. Breakfast was just okay: the bread was fresh, but the coffee was horrible. We ate at the restaurant once, where the food was fine and fairly priced. Lots of tourists from Peru stay here.

The pool is large, and the water isn't cold, so you can use it late. The cabins are comfortable and face the jungle, with lovely nature and wonderful sunsets. A great place to stay in Tarapoto.

My room was relaxing, with a balcony overlooking the pool. The food was pretty good, and the staff were friendly.

The pool was great, and the food and drink service was good. The rooms could use an update. It didn't feel very eco-friendly, even though it felt like the rainforest, with lots of wood and creatures crawling around.

The hotel wasn't what we expected. Calling that breakfast a “breakfast” is a joke, and the service was the worst I've ever had.
