The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location makes it easy to get into the city. Away from the main road, it was quiet apart from the Sunday noise. The hotel has good infrastructure, but it needs quite a bit of maintenance: the furniture is worn, and some areas need updating. My room was very dirty, whether because of poor cleaning or a mix-up. They changed it quickly, but the next room had problems too, though it was acceptable. Breakfast was a disaster. I’m sorry to the people serving it, but I haven’t seen anything like that at another hotel in the city. On Sunday, there was music and a group making noise until a certain hour. That might be acceptable, but on a Sunday? Average overall.

We booked a double suite but were given a standard double room. They left complimentary toiletries in the room, charged us on departure, then days later charged us for things we hadn’t used. Even with air conditioning, our room felt like a sauna. The advertising set expectations this place didn’t meet, and my experience was truly disappointing. Unfortunately, I disagree with the other reviews.
