The restaurant staff were attentive, though they kept running out of things and had no sandwiches or juices. The valley view was beautiful and the hotel facilities were nice, but the service fell short, and the value for money left a lot to be desired. We stayed for two nights, and the rooms were comfortable and cozy. The hot water was a problem, though: there was none on the second night, and reception kept telling us to wait. The next morning, it still wasn't working.

The Wi-Fi was really limited, though LTE worked well. The rooms were warm and comfortable, the food was tasty and nicely presented, and the panoramic view was unforgettable. Staff service was excellent, hard to beat. I thought the price was fair for what you get.
