Hotel El Ensueño

The room was clean, with hot water, and the location was central, close to the main street. The rooms themselves were nice, but none of the electrical outlets fit our plugs without an adapter, and there were no towels until we asked for them. The service was really disappointing. The internet barely worked on the fourth floor where they put us. Instead of fixing it, they said the room would cost 10 soles more for the following days, even though we had booked and paid through Booking, or we could move to a different room for 30 soles extra. That felt rude and not at all customer focused. They didn't even know the passwords for all 373929 internet connections they had. Really poor experience.
