The bathroom door was broken and wouldn’t close, on top of everything else. The shower was so cramped, just 50 cm x 50 cm, you couldn’t even bend down. The room was small and neglected, with a deteriorated platform, headboard, and wardrobe. The bathroom itself was very small, too.

Room 201 had clean sheets and good internet, plus cable, though the TV was old. The room and bathroom were both small. The hot water was the problem: they misled us, saying it would heat up in five minutes if we turned on the shower, and that they’d fix it, but there wasn’t any. After getting sick, we had to change rooms. Test the hot water in a room before you stay. I hadn’t seen other similar reviews. It’s a shame they don’t take care of their service.

They put us in a room right across from reception, as if privacy didn’t matter. The service was terrible and the treatment very poor. We had to guess what room types were available and how long the wait would be. Honestly, I don’t recommend it.

We’d booked a double room, but it didn’t look like any of the photos. In my opinion, those pictures are fake and don’t reflect reality at all. The bathroom was very small and neglected. I don’t recommend staying here.
