The bed was comfortable, and they provided a blanket, clean linens, towels, soap, and shampoo. The bathroom had hot water and decent pressure, and the Wi-Fi was reliable. At 18 US dollars a night, I thought the rate was fair. It’s easy to get around from here: the central square, cafes, a minimarket, and bus stations are nearby, and you can get from the historic center circle to Chan Chan and Moche without much trouble. The neighborhood seemed decent to me, and I didn’t notice any safety concerns. Staff were pleasant, with someone always at reception. The room had plenty of furniture, an old fridge I never switched on, and an interior-facing window that let in enough air. There’s no fan or air conditioning, which would have helped. The bathroom exhaust also vents inside, and between that and the weak soundproofing, you can hear a lot. The stairs to the next floor are awkward, though manageable.

A peaceful, central place to stay in Trujillo. Just keep in mind breakfast isn't included.

I felt at home right from the entrance. It’s a safe place, the staff are friendly, and the prices are affordable with good deals. They paid attention to even the little things and made sure I was comfortable. The place is clean, with daily cleaning. Thanks for such a pleasant stay. I recommend it wholeheartedly!

Right in the city center, with roomy, clean rooms and a really quiet atmosphere. I’d recommend it.
