Breakfast would make the stay even better, especially since the buffet is awesome. We had a great time at the Ibis, got in quickly, and found it centrally located in a safe area. We'll be back.

That check-in was a hassle. I got there around 2pm on July 16th, and staff spent about 15 minutes sorting out the difference between my American and Peruvian passports. It was annoying. The location is okay, but the room felt cramped and oddly laid out. The refrigerator wasn't cold, and the shower kept switching between hot and cold. The staff didn't seem welcoming or smile, which made me uncomfortable. I probably wouldn't stay again.

The food and the service around it were great. The hotel itself feels modern and nice, and it's close to pretty much everything. Rooms are smaller than in other hotels, though. At reception, the staff seemed unhappy to be there, and nobody smiled or made us feel welcome.

The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly. Just be aware that breakfast, coffee, and water aren't included. There were no washcloths or hand towels, and the shower only had shampoo.

The room was really bare bones, but the hotel itself was nice.
