We arrived late for check-in and couldn't access the hotel's water. The room smelled strongly of damp and was really hot. Breakfast was okay, but I wouldn't recommend it for the price.

Everything was fine, though breakfast is too basic and needs improvement.

I woke up to find there was no water for the shower, and the receptionist offered no real solution to this critical situation. When I requested the complaints book, he acted strangely and gave me a different copy from the one assigned to me. The breakfast was extremely poor, and the rooms didn't look like the photos. This is not a 3-star hotel.
