Conrad Bora Bora Nui

We came back to Conrad Bora Bora Nui for a second visit, and it was another wonderful, unforgettable stay. Sophie, our concierge, was so friendly and looked after the whole family to make sure we had a great time. The resort's marine life was impressive too: we saw fish, eagle rays, stingrays, and sharks.

Everything felt unhurried and peaceful, and the food was always satisfying. The ferry transfer arranged through Conrad was a really useful convenience. I'd happily stay again, 10 out of 10. A few people made the trip especially memorable. Daven made check-in easy, taking care of things while we sat and relaxed. He remembered our names despite the many guests and asked with real interest how our stay was going. He clearly takes pride in helping guests have a good stay. Maud was lovely at meals and took great care with our picky daughters. Rua made me a palm-frond hat that fit perfectly, and I wore it everywhere. He was often at the pool towel kiosk, keeping it neat and stocked, and always had a friendly word. Timia also looked after us so well whenever we stopped for a meal. Even staff we happened to run into who weren't in guest-facing roles were very friendly.

Our garden villa was a real treat, with its own plunge pool and lounge area. The room and bathroom finishes were exquisite, and choosing an essential oil scent for the turndown service was a lovely touch. Esther, our personal Guest Services Officer, met us as we stepped off the boat. She helped with restaurant bookings, suggested activities, and made us feel welcome throughout. Breakfast had a fantastic range of options, and Timia and Velma greeted us warmly each morning. At Tamure Beach Grill, the staff served delicious meals with our feet in the sand and an incredible view. That's my idea of a perfect holiday. The resort takes coral reef preservation seriously. Lucille, the Marine Biologist, runs sessions about the conservation work and the tropical fish in the lagoon. We found it fascinating and a must-do, especially before snorkeling. The idyllic setting and all that care made our stay at Conrad Bora Bora feel truly magical.

Our trip got off to a rough start when our airline cancelled our flight for its own operational reasons, meaning we couldn't arrive on the first night. Conrad Bora Bora let us cancel that night of our five-night stay without a fee and refunded it. That was a huge relief during a stressful travel disruption. When we arrived the next day, the staff's warm welcome quickly eased the stress. Everyone was kind, patient, and caring, and they even had thoughtful little gifts ready for us and our child. The service has been flawless, and the peaceful atmosphere is wonderful. We're only on day two, but this is already among the best resort stays we've had. The people make Conrad Bora Bora Nui unforgettable. We still have days left, but we're already sure we'll return and recommend it to friends and family. The team turned a difficult start into a heartwarming vacation.
