The gardens gave us a lovely, peaceful place to wander, and the Polynesian art around the resort added a strong sense of local culture. Our bungalow felt private and comfortable, with beautiful views and thoughtful details. We were welcomed by smiling staff who were attentive throughout. Meals were enjoyable across the different restaurants, and happy hour at sunset with a live DJ made for a great relaxed evening. The resort also puts real effort into sustainability, from its use of local materials to its environmentally conscious practices. An unforgettable stay at Bora Bora by Pearl Resort.

The lagoon was a highlight: clear, bright water and an easy, shallow entry from each bungalow deck made swimming, snorkeling, or just dangling your feet especially inviting. At other Bora Bora resorts where we’ve stayed, the water off the overwater bungalows was much deeper and felt less accessible for families. Our bungalow was spacious and beautifully designed, with a sense of privacy that made it feel like our own little retreat. The gardens and the rest of the property were immaculate, and the atmosphere was calm and luxurious. Food was consistently fresh and flavorful, whether we ate at a restaurant or ordered in. Warm hospitality and a pristine setting rounded out our stay at The Pearl Resort. We’ve been to other luxury resorts on the island and none matched this experience. We can’t wait to return. Highly, highly recommended.

We spent seven days and six nights here for our honeymoon, and we came home feeling more relaxed than ever. Some days we stayed in our bungalow, played cards, and ordered room service. Other days we went jet skiing, sunset cruising, and kayaking, and had a restful spa day. There are lots of excursions to choose from. The views and bright aqua water were what you dream about, but the people made the stay especially memorable. Staff everywhere were friendly, attentive, and helpful, and the restaurant teams were professional. The food was stellar, and the swim-up pool bar was a fun extra. Le Bora Bora by Pearl Resorts was amazing, 10 out of 10. I can’t recommend it enough.

The oceanfront villa was fantastic, and the food was very good considering how remote the resort is. We were there for my husband's 40th birthday, and it felt like a once-in-a-lifetime stay. We’d like to come back someday, though there were a few things that should have been better for the price. Construction noise interrupted the peaceful setting, and nobody mentioned it when we booked. Even with low occupancy, we were put right beside the main pool. The late checkout charge was going to be half the room rate for just two hours, despite being told nobody had booked the room after us. We also had some odd, unfriendly interactions with front desk staff when we asked questions or needed help. For example, it took three check-ins to get our room credit deducted from the bill, which left us feeling like they were trying to get every extra dollar. Those issues aren’t enough to put us off returning, but I’d expect better at this price point.
