As a foreign traveller arriving in Port Moresby, I had a perfect experience. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the reception team and staff throughout the hotel were friendly. Can’t wait to return to PNG and explore more of the country :)

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I thought the food was good, though it took a little while to arrive. Staff were friendly and helpful. The free airport shuttle runs hourly, and being about 10 minutes from the airport is pretty convenient. Definitely not the worst hotel I’ve stayed in.

I checked with the desk at 6:45am to make sure the shuttle would be available at 8:15. They told me it had left at 8, so I had to pay for a taxi. Pretty upset about that.

The staff were amazing. They collected us from the airport and helped us plan how to get around the city safely. The shower was warm and nice, and the bed was really comfortable.

I ended up here because my flight was cancelled. The room was comfortable, and reception gave great service. I liked the sofa couch arrangement in the restaurant, which had a good food selection. The tiramisu cake was my favourite dessert. There’s a bar upstairs with lovely views of the Rugby Field and part of the city. It can get loud on a busy night, but the views are great otherwise. The location is good, central to the market, Boroko shopping centre, and the rugby field.
