The apartment was spacious and exceptionally furnished, and the views across Fairfax harbor were spectacular. We spent two days here and celebrated a birthday in the level one conference room. The food was exquisite and the service was remarkable. The carpet had a slight smell, but staff were accommodating and helped with what we needed. I highly recommend Crown Plaza Hotel.

The Crown Residence staff were the sweetest and really added to the stay. Our harbourside apartment had amazing ocean views, with beautiful sunsets and sunrises.

With the harbour right in front, the sunset views are stunning. The Crowne Plaza Apartments sits in Port Moresby's upper-class CBD, and the surroundings feel safe, with security surveillance around the clock. It's generally quiet too, except when an event is happening at the venue.

Over a week has passed and the Glow boutique team still hasn't sent me its menu. All they needed to do was take a photo and share it. They don't seem interested in the business, and the staff have been very unaccommodating.

The rooms are spacious enough for a whole family, though I wouldn't call the place very kid-friendly. The grounds and facilities are well looked after. What stood out most was the staff's kindness and professionalism, from reservations and reception to housekeeping and the restaurant. Brigitte, Nathan, and all the ladies at reception always greeted me with a smile and promptly helped with anything I needed. I had a pleasant stay at the Crowne Plaza Residences in Port Moresby and highly recommend it.
