The staff were friendly, and the driver was helpful. I appreciated their service, but the hotel itself needs a major update. My room was so dark I could barely see, smelled moldy, and had a bathroom toilet that looked dirty and bedsheets that looked brown. The air conditioning was noisy, but without it the room became hot and stuffy. I got up at 4 in the morning because I couldn’t stand staying in the room any longer. It’s fairly close to the airport and has a free shuttle, but I wouldn’t stay here again even if it were offered to me for free.

The rooms are a little dated, but that didn’t bother me. Food from the kitchen was tasty, with good options and quick service. It’s close to the airport, and the friendly, well-presented staff were always ready to help. Prices are good, and I’d recommend staying here.

A peaceful, refreshing place with good-quality food and generous portions. The spa by the pool is the best. Highly recommend it, 110%.

I enjoyed my week at Hideaway Hotel, and I appreciate the service. Still, there are quite a few things that need work. Check-in took nearly an hour and a half, and the airport transfer ran late enough that we missed our flights. The rooms were poorly maintained and lacked basic necessities. The lighting wasn’t good for reading, and the meals didn’t have enough vegetables to feel balanced. Showers and fridges need basic maintenance, and the noisy air conditioning should be replaced with automatic units. Customer service also needs improvement. I hope these comments help this great place improve. Thanks so much for the service.

The rooms are worn and tired, but the AC and fan made mine comfortable for an overnight stay in POM. The food was fresh and tasty, and staff were friendly. It’s a handy distance from Jackson Airport, with an on-demand shuttle that was available even in the early hours.
