We spent nine days here and loved how peaceful it was. From the veranda, the sea view stretches out in every direction, and that's where breakfast and dinner are served. The homemade bread, yogurt, and ice cream were all delicious. Cynthia, the hotel manager, was kind and helped with everything, from renting a scooter and arranging a taxi to the ferry to sharing useful island tips. You can step straight into the sea and its natural pools, or walk 15 minutes to a sandy beach for snorkeling on the coral reef or a quiet break on the sand. We left with only good feelings and memories we'll keep.

We had a great stay at this family-run guesthouse, which is run by two sisters. The garden was beautiful, the beach easy to reach, and the home-cooked food delicious. Our host was especially warm and welcoming. My partner and I couldn't find anything to fault. It felt perfect from beginning to end, and we hope to return soon.

The views of Tablas Strait and the sunset really stayed with me, and even rainy weather gives the place a more dramatic feel. It was one of my most relaxed and memorable trips in the Philippines. The quiet, idyllic setting feels like a retreat, especially for travellers wanting to disconnect or spend time thinking. I felt a deep connection with the surrounding nature. Ate Cynthia was friendly, approachable, and welcoming. She also cooked sumptuous food and shared tips for travelling around Tablas and Romblon.

After a day out, the room was a comfortable place to unwind, with lovely decor, personal touches, and a design that brought in local charm. The ocean views from the window were breathtaking, and the sunsets each evening made a beautiful backdrop for a quiet moment. Cynthia arranged scooter rentals, which made it easy to explore at our own pace, and her warm hospitality made us feel at home. A walkway leads gently down to the water, perfect for a leisurely stroll. Cynthia also cooked a barracuda kebab for dinner that was even better than expected. Her skill with flavors and local ingredients came through in every bite, and that meal with the scenery made the visit unforgettable.
