I'm renting here now, and it's one of the best apartments in Alaminos City. It has privacy, an air-conditioned room, wide parking, soundproofing, a laundry and dirty kitchen area, and more than enough wall outlets.

Really good value. The unit is tidy, clean, and has what you need, including a fan, AC, cooking utensils, and a gallon of clean drinking water. The host is accommodating and parking is free. We'll definitely book here again next time we're in Alaminos.
