Abc Hotel

The service is why we keep choosing ABC Hotel when we visit Pampanga. The receptionists, staff, and guards were so friendly, helpful, and accommodating, and their smiles made us feel at home after hours on the road. We felt cared for no matter which room we booked. We've tried several room types, and each was spacious, had great amenities, and left us happy. The rooms had a lovely atmosphere too. My husband and I look for that kind of welcome when we travel, and this place feels perfect for couples. We also loved the food presentation and having the restaurant open 24/7. The food was perfect, and the free welcome drinks were a nice touch. The bar was excellent, the pools were well maintained, and the spa was wonderful. It's handy that we can get my nails done and my husband's haircut without driving elsewhere. At Vintage Hall, there's even a little chef section for children, which we'd like to take our future kids to try. They really set the standard for us, and now we can't imagine staying anywhere else when we're in Pampanga. During our stay, the menu also had Valentine's Day-themed items. The staff were incredibly respectful and courteous, and being welcomed and treated like royalty meant a lot after that long drive.

For the kind of money we're spending on the stay, food, and liquor at ABC, customers should be able to bring plain drinking water into the AQUA Pool area. The AQUA Pool Security made us hand over our water and pushed us to buy water for 110 pesos. Do they really need that sale? I'd even pay 120 pesos to keep my own bottle and have my water stay fresh. ABC is high-end, but the courtesy should match what guests pay. Let's make it a more respectable place.

I've stayed at the ABC twice, once while visiting Angeles and once overnight before a flight from Clark airport. Both times the room was fantastic and the staff and service were exceptional. I tried the gym, had a great massage, ate at both restaurants, and visited the aqua bar. Every one of those services was excellent. I'll definitely stay at the ABC again.

I always enjoy my stays at the ABC, and this time was wonderful too. The rooms are spacious and the staff provide great service. My only recent gripe is the TV system, which is really cumbersome to use.
