Azzurro Hotel

I gave it another chance after staying in two different suites, in January and June this year, but both visits disappointed me. The area is convenient for malls, bars, and the airport, yet the noise is intense. Traffic and live music come through so clearly it feels like being outside. The bathroom drainage is awful and floods fast. We laid towels down to try to contain the water, and after a few minutes in the shower there was a sewage smell. The beds are hard and the pillows uncomfortable. Even when the hotel isn't busy, the elevators are slow. Breakfast choices are limited, and the coffee wasn't good. At least there's a Starbucks across the street. The staff are kind, but the hotel seems more focused on looks than comfort or practical details. At over $100 a night, this doesn't feel close to three-star quality. I won't give it a third try or stay here again.

I still haven't stayed in a room here, but first came across the place when my daughter had her JS prom last year. I was looking for a salon and spotted one by the lobby. Kevin and the staff are wonderful, and Kevin is a natural stylist. I keep coming back for haircuts, color, and treatments, and he never lets me down. I've also ordered from the little lobby cafeteria: spaghetti bolognese, salad, iced matcha, and cinnamon. The food is delicious and fairly priced, with that comforting, freshly made feel rather than looking frozen. I haven't tried anything else on the menu. Thank you!

The hotel was clean and felt like good value for a stay in Angeles. I especially want to recognize Desiree and Ralph at the Azzurro Hotel Angeles reception. They were very accommodating with my parents' needs during check-in. Desiree kept smiling through their many requests, and her patience showed real care. Excellent service from them both.

I hadn't read the negative reviews before checking in, but my own stay was wonderful. The room was stylish and modern, and everything looked clean and well cared for. The food was delicious, too. The staff's service went beyond what I expected and made the visit memorable. Thanks for a lovely stay. I'd happily come back 🫶🏻
