Go Hotels Butuan

This hotel is handy for the mall, and the bus terminal behind it makes traveling onward from town easy. I've stayed here several times, and the beds are always very comfortable. The staff are helpful and cheerful too. This visit, the showers had a problem that took quite a while to fix, so despite the good stay, I'd rate it three stars this time.

I left 2,000 pesos behind in my room, and a housekeeper returned it to me. I'm very grateful for such trustworthy, professional staff. The rooms were comfortable as well, and I'll stay here again when I'm in Butuan.

The hotel is inside the shopping mall, which was great, and it's not too far from the airport. They also rebooked my first booking even though they didn't have to, which was good service. My room was fine for one night and the bed was good, but the toilet room was extremely small. The window faced the mall's cooling units on a roof, and they were very noisy during the day.

There was just a bed and towel, with no free water or anything else. The floor was dirty with dead ants and cockroach remnants, so we asked staff to sweep it. We requested slippers and a toothbrush, and they brought them promptly. I think those should already be ready for guests when they arrive.
