Central Park Tower Resort

I found Central Park Tower much more comfortable than the famous hotel down the road, whose furnishings felt far too gaudy to me. My Jacuzzi room had loads of space, though I never actually used the tub. The room was quiet, the bed was really comfortable, and the shower worked well. I'd recommend the place and would definitely stay again if I came back.

The location was excellent, and I had a great time at Central Park. Everyone on staff was cheerful and happy to help, and both the food and service were great. Salamat Po to all of them for making my trip so comfortable and easy. I'll definitely be back.

The hotel itself is superb, but the receptionists were very rude and hard to approach. I hope they become more welcoming and helpful to guests. This happened on feb 19 2026 at 11 pm.

The location is excellent, and the staff were polite and did their best to help. But the bed situation made the stay unacceptable. The bedding and bed were old, torn, and visibly dirty in the attached photos. Staff replaced the blankets more than five times, yet every set was still stained, frayed, or uncomfortable, and the mattress was much too hard. We cancelled the nights we had left, but the hotel refused to refund any of our payment. We cancelled because they couldn't provide a clean, usable bed or proper blankets, and the stated cancellation policy should allow at least a partial refund when the promised service can't be provided. It's a shame, since the helpful staff and great location give the hotel potential, but the hygiene, upkeep, and way the refund was handled were poor.
