The staff are really friendly, and the hotel is close to the mall. The rooms aren’t luxurious, and the street gets very busy. If you’re staying in town, you might want somewhere farther from red Street, given the atmosphere around there.

I’ve stayed here on two trips to the philippines and have enjoyed it, though it depends on your preferences and which room you get. Some rooms on the eighth floor have a bad smell that usually seems to come from the toilet water. Is that something the hotel can fix? I’ve stayed here several times, but the smell made me leave two days early and move to another hotel. I lost the money for those two days because of it. My room was 810. Check the room before accepting it. Flush the toilet and you’ll know right away. Turn on the water and shower to see if they drain, try the faucet, and switch on the air conditioning to make sure everything works.

I didn’t expect much from the booking, and won’t say much else. The room conditions, toilet drain smell, stains on the tiles, and lack of amenities are things you wouldn’t want to see. This feels like a hotel for people who just need a room to get through the night.

We checked in late, around 2230, and reception wasn’t friendly. When we tried to order room service, staff argued with us about the menu. The food was gross when it finally arrived. The sheets and mattress pad were stained, and staff were rude when we asked for fresh bedding. WiFi was “under maintenance” and didn’t work. The CR was dirty, there was no hot water, and the toilet barely worked. At the airport the next morning, I realized the lobby hadn’t returned my ID from check-in. We called, but they told us to arrange a way to get it ourselves, so we had to use a delivery service.
