Kape Hotel

We’ve checked in here before and had good experiences, but last night’s Latte Room was a letdown. We paid 1295 pesos for 12 hours and couldn’t enjoy the stay because the aircon wasn’t working properly, so I couldn’t sleep. Customer service was poor too, we waited nearly 30 minutes before anyone acknowledged our concern. I hope the hotel improves and trains staff to treat customers better.

We booked the room with a jacuzzi for 12 hours, and the room itself was great with lovely interiors. The beddings had some noticeable stains, and the white towels looked worn and brownish, so if you care about those, you may want to bring your own. Still, it was a great experience overall.

The service was great, and the team at Kape Hotel Balintawak handled Lost and Found the best. Thanks to the team, you’re the best!

This has been the best budget hotel we’ve stayed at so far in the Philippines. The coffee theme is fun, with every room based on coffee terms, and the menu is affordable. The portions aren’t huge, but you get what you pay for. Our room was spacious, with a big bed, hot shower, a bidet in the CR, a complimentary kit and water, and a hairdryer. We stayed for two days, and it was much cheaper than nearby hotels. They accept credit cards, Visa, and Mastercard. You won’t find them on Agoda, but you can search for them through Google Maps. Highly recommended.
