10/10
Friendly staff and a clean room with amenities available inside at very reasonable prices. The building has secured access through a locked door, and the location is excellent. 10/10 for value overall.

Right in the middle of the action, and a nice place to stay. The staff are very accommodating. Good value all around.

Being right where I needed to be was the best part. The downside is the go-go club underneath the hotel: its music runs from around 9 a.m. until about 4:30 a.m.

The go-go bar downstairs runs from 10 a.m. to 2 a.m., so avoid the second floor if you want to sleep. I got no rest.

A good starting point if you haven't been here before, with prices that are reasonably cheap right in the middle of the action on Walking Street. Kokomoes has rooms, a pool, a bar, and outdoor dining, all in the heart of the entertainment area. Girls everywhere.
