The staff and hotel made for a very good stay, and I'd book again. The Madison Crown feels like a child of The Peninsula and Sofitel. I had a great workout in the gym, which is good for gym rats, and the breakfast was great, though it could use more options. The bed was comfortable, the AC worked well, the wooden floors were spotless, and the toiletries were generous. Water pressure was good too, but the bathroom drainage needs work. Water ran toward the sides and the small drain couldn't keep up, so it spilled out of the shower. I didn't notice a parking structure since we always used Grab.

The pasta was good quality and fairly priced at P420. I sat outside by the pool with three mobile devices, but only managed to connect one of them. Strong Wi-Fi matters to guests coming from abroad. I also wasn't offered a drinks menu and ordered a house red wine. A glass of house Cabernet Sauvignon cost P780. My mistake for not checking first, so be warned and ask to see the drinks menu before ordering.

The staff were caring, friendly people, and I'd like to thank them all, especially Marlon Mesina and Irish. I stayed here years ago when it was called Louis Grand, and since reopening it's improved in every way. I was so sad to check out after a fantastic stay. Couldn't fault a thing. See you all again soon.

For families, this is a great value stay in Clark Pampanga. It's one of the most affordable hotels around.
