Having a 24-hour front desk is helpful for late check-ins or any assistance during your stay. I booked through Agoda and got a big discount, which made it even better value. A good option if you're after a comfortable place to stay in Clark.

The rooms were spotless, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the customer service was outstanding. It's a new hotel that exceeded my expectations, and it's nice to see one that really cares about guests' comfort and satisfaction.

Bring an eye mask if you're sensitive to light. The location is unbeatable, close to everything, and the parking was excellent, with plenty of spacious spots. The amenities are top tier, and the quality feels worth the price. I had a great stay, but sleep was the one issue. The windows don't block out the light, so the room gets bright as soon as the sun comes up. There's also a balcony light that stays on all night. Apparently it's on a central circuit for the whole building, so it can't be switched off in your room. Fantastic hotel, but light-sensitive sleepers should be prepared.

The room and staff were great, and they even let us check in before 2:00 PM. There wasn't a kettle in the room, though, which would've been handy for coffee or cup noodles, especially with a Korean store nearby.
