We were given a bunk bed even though we'd booked a double. The mattress is so thin you can feel the bed rails in your back. It was noisy, and there were two cockroaches in the bathroom. Don't go, run away!

The good thing is the location, near SM seaside and the highway, with a convenience store downstairs. But the hotel wasn't clean and had no amenities. There was no tissue, bottled water, toilet door mat, or plastic bags in the garbage bins, and we saw cockroaches. It's also not a good choice if traffic noise bothers you. I expected more and wouldn't recommend it.

We picked this place because it's close to CIT and SM Seaside. It's opposite CIT-University and about a 25-minute walk from SM Seaside, with a 24-hour convenience store nearby. The room was neat, though the AC wasn't very cold.

For a low budget, it's value for money, or sulit, and you get more privacy than in a classic eight-bed shared room. But the rooms felt dusty even though they looked clean, and not sanitized. The design is simple, almost like a backpacker hostel. The bathroom and furniture are basic, and the mattress is just OK. People wanting average comfort or better may be disappointed if they expect more. The location is 3 km from relevant places and easy to use as a reference. Staff don't really speak English, and they may not know every tip or answer, but they were very accommodating, helpful, and did their best despite the language barrier.
