The French Toast and chili are good, and the Friday and Saturday grill buffet from 5 to 9pm is a decent deal at 380p. I eat here nearly every day because it’s close to where I’m staying. Most dishes are quite good, though I’m not keen on the pizza since it uses local cheese. The bar has a relaxed, casual feel and usually gets a nice breeze. Customers can use the pool with a 300p food and drink order, but it’s closed during grill hours.

I stayed three nights and four days and felt at home. The management was fine, and the restaurant has plenty of affordable options. Friday’s barbecue buffet is PhP380.00, with soup, salad, drinks, a main course, and a live band with good singers. For the room price, it’s okay for a short stay. There’s no minibar, though there is a small fridge, and there’s no bidet in the toilet. The internet was poor, the cable unstable, and noise from staff, guests, and people working beside the building was an issue.

For a tight budget in Angeles, this hotel is worth considering. The price is low, and the amenities are decent to great, including a bathtub in each room, cable TVs, and a safe. The staff were polite and accommodating, and the pool was clean during our stay. Wifi was available wherever we went through three access points, and the speed was good. We tried the Friday and Saturday buffet for 380 pesos. It felt worth the price with the hotel atmosphere and live band serenading guests. There were assorted meats and seafood to grill, salads, soup, real mashed potato, juice, nachos with pork and beans, and freshly cooked Mongolian barbecue. A very polite, helpful woman grilled the food for us, and everything was fresh. Given the low price, I don’t have much to complain about.

I noticed the restaurant menu on the wall while walking past and went in for pork sisig. I ordered without checking the paper menu, then found the price was higher than the one posted outside: 120 pesos instead of 90. The meal disappointed me. Sisig usually comes with an egg and calamansi, and this basic Filipino dish can be made nicely even in cheap canteens for 50-60 pesos. Ninety seemed reasonable with a hotel markup, but for what I got at 120 pesos I could have gone up the road for a burger. I won’t be going back.

It’s an older hotel aimed at lower budgets, and the rooms need renovation. The restaurant is open 24 hours, with a nice buffet on Friday and Saturday evenings. They should improve the mashed potatoes and find a way to keep the many flies away.
