Our room was cozy, clean, and nicely kept, which made the family holiday stay really comfortable. The building is older and has no elevator, but we had a great time here.

The rooms are nice, but they seem to be running taxi scams from the lobby. We know a 2 km ride doesn't cost 350 pesos, so don't try that with us. People aren't dumb.

I had a great landlady, Jacky, while renting a condo for six months. The furnished unit was well maintained, though it had no view and was on the third floor with no elevator. Still, everything was within walking distance. There's a 24-hour convenience store on the first floor, plus two Korean restaurants, a massage place, and Korean and Chinese groceries in the building. Ayala Mall is one block away, with SM mall on the other side. The beach and boardwalk are two blocks away, with plenty of restaurants and a children's park beside the boardwalk. SBMA is a clean, organized city.

The unit was complete with everything and so clean, with a really aesthetic look. It felt like a five-star hotel, except you also had a kitchen to cook in. We had a great time there and around the area.

We found the room spacious, comfortable, and clean, with all the equipment we needed. The hotel felt safe too, with a security guard on every shift. It's easy to get around from here, close to the mall and beach, and there are restaurants within walking distance. Lots of Samgyupsal (pork barbecue) places are about a 3-5 minute walk away, around the Subic International Hotel Complex. The beach is roughly 8-10 minutes away on foot, good for a morning dip.
