Aldy Mike & Rinah deserve a special mention for the work they put in behind the scenes. My room was spotless, organized, and refreshed with care every day. The housekeeping team clearly takes pride in keeping things clean and comfortable. From arrival onward, the staff were warm, professional, and ready to help with a smile. I felt welcome and well looked after throughout my stay, and their dedication and positive attitude made a real difference.

I came for two weeks while working, and the stay turned into a genuinely pleasant memory. The team’s consistency stood out, especially over a longer visit. The restaurant staff noticed my daily latte routine, which made mornings relaxed and easy. Thanks to Marj, Keith, John, and everyone else for that. When a blackout hit during an important meeting, the front office and concierge/securitu stepped in straight away to help. An early issue during my stay was also sorted out quickly and professionally. Alain’s calm, thoughtful approach seems to shape how the team works, and the hospitality felt sincere throughout. Thanks to Park Inn Clark and the whole team for taking such good care of me. I’ll be back, and the service deserves an extra point or more.

Sir Miggy provided the best service and went beyond what I expected. The event staff also did an excellent job: Dion, John J, Nice, and Josephine. I hope we get the same team assigned to our future Astrazeneca events. Great work, and congratulations!

Alanis at the front desk made my visit, along with my colleagues, feel truly welcome. Her friendliness and genuine care meant a lot, and I don’t often experience that in my travels. She’s an awesome employee, and Park Inn Radisson is fortunate to have her. The people working there are what made the hotel exceptional.
