Prime Asia Hotel

The rooftop restaurant and pool are a real plus, especially since it's about a 10-minute walk from the checkpoint and set back from the main road. Grab Food was easy to order, too. The gym was closed while we were there, unfortunately. This was my first visit. The rooms were very clean, and the staff were excellent and well trained. Looking forward to coming back.

The room was short on basics, including bedside tables and comforters, so that could be improved. Still, it's a good place to stay and our usual choice during aurora fest. The staff were very, very nice and accommodating 🤍.

We came for our honeymoon expecting a high-end hotel, but the room was dirty, with stains on the walls, floors, furniture, and sheets. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned either, and the whole place looked dingy, with gunk built up on the shower walls and door. A catfish hotel, and a horrible experience with the room and staff. We asked to switch rooms and were refused. We even offered to upgrade, but they said the hotel was fully booked and couldn't do anything. When we asked for a refund because of the cleanliness, they wouldn't return our money. We left an hour after checking in and booked La Grande Residence down the street, where we had an AMAZING stay. I'm sharing this because they wouldn't work with us. Save your money. This hotel charges too much for what you get, and you can find a much better one for half the price.

Loved the rooftop pool and Cafe. The hotel was very nice, the prices were affordable, and the room was clean. There's plenty to do nearby, with lots of restaurants and bars.
