Having no water for our entire stay made things extremely difficult and uncomfortable for my family. We couldn’t shower, wash up, or use the bathroom properly. It’s a basic necessity that should have been available, and its absence badly affected our stay. We hope management takes this seriously and makes improvements. This was truly unacceptable.

DO NOT STAY HERE! I rarely write reviews, but this was the worst place I’ve ever stayed. The online listing promised free breakfast with our room, but they charged us for it anyway. We showed them the booking details and they said they couldn’t see the included breakfast, so we had to pay. Staff then stayed in the same dorm room as us, playing loud music and leaving the light on all night. We asked to cancel the next day’s booking because we hadn’t received what we expected, but they wouldn’t let us. The following night, we asked about checking out at 7 am. Since they’d be asleep, they told us to pack our bags, leave them there, and check out when we returned from our day trip. We even left the key on the counter with a note so they’d have it on time. When we got back, they refused to return our 1000 pesos deposit, saying we’d checked out too late. We’d been arguing with them for about an hour and still hadn’t got our money back. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The place is nice, but I don’t trust the owner. She seems focused on selling activities and raising room prices without telling guests first.

Staff were always around to help, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. It was my first time in Puerto and I was really satisfied with my stay. Highly recommended.
