The bed and bathroom were clean, and my room, 103, was right off the lobby, which made me feel safe. It's close to stores, restaurants, and bars. Service was pretty much just checking me in. It's not somewhere I'd normally stay, since it felt like the kind of room rented by the hour, if you know what I mean. There are two floors and no elevator.

Over the years I've noticed that room maintenance has been better, so I hope the current situation is temporary and improves again. Standard rooms are noisy and I wouldn't recommend them. Other than that, it's great.

For the price, you get a better room here than at other hotels. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner was quiet. There were ants in the room, though, and a woman was screaming at night and again in the morning.

We stayed for 4 days over New Year, and it was great to find a pet-friendly place. The superior room with kitchenette was excellent: full utensils, dinnerware, and cookware, plus a hot and cold shower, strong AC, and a comfy bed. The staff were kind, responsive, helpful, and accommodating with everything, from parking and check-in to unloading our luggage and special requests. We didn't run into any issues. I'll definitely come back whenever I'm in Angeles, Pampanga 👍👍👍👍👍

Terrible place. The room was ugly, smelled bad, and looked nothing like the pictures. The manager lied. It was so expensive for such a bad room, like a prison. I'm not coming back!
