The location made getting around easy. We were close to our Spartan race venue in Alviera porac, Aqua Planet, Dinosaur Island, and SM Mall, and the road to the nearest expressway was straightforward. The pool was a nice place for adults and kids to unwind, and we liked having a cooking area for quick meals. Our room was roomy and comfortable, with a cozy feel. The bed was great, and the kids had fun jumping and playing on it. The surroundings were clean and kept up, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and ready to handle requests. We had a comfortable, enjoyable visit, and the service was better than we expected. I’d recommend it to families and travelers looking for a clean place with helpful staff and nearby attractions.

It’s a quiet, peaceful hotel, and I could really relax there. The staff were welcoming and made an effort to help us feel at home. Our room had comfortable beds, a working kitchen, and a clean bathroom with the toiletries provided. The pool was well looked after, and we enjoyed the food at the hotel restaurant too. Everything we ate was delicious.

The location was a big plus for my 10-day studio stay, handy for both the mall and the airport. Most of the team, from the parking attendants to housekeeping, were friendly and efficient, and the small room felt cozy. The front desk was a letdown. Some receptionists came across as cold and didn’t smile, and when I checked out early in the morning, nobody even said thank you or offered a professional goodbye. The towels also looked very old and overused. In the bathroom, shower water ran across the floor toward the sink and toilet; I reported it, but it seems to be a structural problem that management needs to address. Sound carried badly, too. I could hear people walking past my room and the lift bell chiming constantly, which made it hard to relax. It can work for a short, convenient stay if noise doesn’t bother you, but the reception service and bathroom upkeep need attention.

We had a hassle-free two-night stay, with enough parking and clean, comfortable rooms and facilities. The staff were welcoming and accommodating, and let us check out late so we could wash up after our race. The restaurant food was delicious and worth waiting for. The location is easy to reach, with malls, restaurants, and shops nearby.
