The Baby Back Ribs were pretty good, so the food gets four stars from me. I asked an older woman with glasses what she liked best on the menu, and she recommended them. Before that, though, the service was awful. When I asked a waitress about specials, she just said “The beef tenderloin.” I asked the price, and she told me it was cheap and I could afford it. That was rude. It feels like everything in Angeles City is overpriced because people assume WE can afford it. Later the same waitress suggested Schnitzel. I told her I wouldn’t eat schnitzel if someone paid me, and she looked disgusted. I was nearly ready to leave. This is a restaurant review, not a hotel review. Teach the other staff some respect or replace them.

The staff were great, but the chef-owner was very unfriendly. He refused to cook my steak medium rare, saying the meat was too thin. After I asked his associate twice, and was told they’d try to come over, he finally came to my table and spent literally ten seconds telling me off. I’m a Swiss French sir. If you need help cooking a steak, give me a call. How can you not cook a steak medium rare? 😂 Thanks.

The staff were amazing. The green beans and french fries were okay, but the pork seemed to be packaged and processed, and the sauerkraut was most likely canned.

The worst part was having no elevator. I had to climb the stairs to the 4th floor. There was no complimentary water, shampoo, or conditioner either. They mentioned complimentary coffee, but there was no hot water kettle or cups for it.

I wasn’t satisfied. They brought the wrong food and forgot another item I ordered. The waitress didn’t seem to be doing her job properly. I won’t come back.
