The place is old, though very clean. Mr. Fong, the owner, is a kind Chinese gentleman. Even if you stay for weeks, though, he won't give you a 1 centavo discount.

It was the cheapest place I could find in Angeles. Nothing luxurious, but good enough for a night. It gets pretty loud outside in the evening.
