This place isn't actually called Zen Rooms, whatever its marketing says. Two local trike drivers couldn't find it, and customer support didn't know where it was either. The number they gave me for the hotel was out of service. On top of that, the booking was nonrefundable. Poor service and communication from an inept chain.
