The place feels a bit old, though it was clean and peaceful. Breakfast was good and arrived right at 7 a.m., and the staff were helpful. The AC is old but works, and there’s a small fridge, a large cable TV, and a bathroom with a heater. The pillows were soft, though the blanket material wasn’t great. We didn’t use the pool. If you’re traveling with kids, avoid Pearl 23. There’s a hollow-blocks factory behind it, right by where the AC is installed, and the dust kept us from sleeping well.

The buffet food and service were lovely, and I even left some personal belongings outside the bedroom. They were kept safely at reception for me to collect. We were there for a wedding, and the rooms we stayed in were nice and clean. It was extremely hot that day, so the ice-cold air conditioning was just right. I couldn’t fault the experience and would consider staying again if I get the chance.

The air conditioning feels dated, and the rooms stay hot even with it running at full power. The bathroom is very basic too. The property looks nice and adequate, and the rooms themselves are clean, but I think they could do better.
