We stayed for three days in 2018. The staff were very accommodating. At the time, the manager was Ms. Jana Berenguer (on tiktok), still a young lady then, and she did a good job. Our room was clean, though not very comfortable. The shower heater didn't work properly, and one night the electricity went out, so they gave us an emergency light. I can't remember one staff member's name, but he was very kind. He showed us how to commute around Baguio, since it was hard to find a taxi then, and made sure our food order was right and delivered on time.
