I’m always happy with the service here. The room already has all the basic things I need, so I can’t ask for much more. Thanks for the red pouch freebie, I hope I can get another one for my friend. I’ll definitely stay here again.

The room was nice, but it needs to be furnished properly. We waited 20 minutes before we could get to our room. There was no fridge or complimentary water, and the TV only had local channels, which I didn’t like.

The staff made me feel at home, and the gym and swimming pool were great. One of the best Zen Rooms I’ve stayed at so far. Thanks!

When I arrived, I was told a technical problem had caused my booking to be canceled. They offered another hotel nearby, but it cost more and was a lower standard. They wouldn’t honor the price I’d originally been quoted.

The staff were friendly and always helpful, and I really enjoyed my stay. I was charged 100php for my friend to use the pool, even though they were staying with me overnight and I’d paid for their stay.
