The front desk staff and guards are kind and accommodating. It’s a good spot for a staycation if you’re planning to explore Metro, and Vito Cruz LRT station is within walking distance.

After a month living here, I’ve noticed several problems. There are tiny cockroaches and insects that look like mosquitoes, and the noise makes it hard to get any peace. Sirens from police, firetrucks, or the hospital are regular, along with loud trucks, tricycles, and motorcycles. The doors don’t fit their frames properly and the windows aren’t sealed well, so cool air leaks out from the air conditioning. At 18,000 a month, the rent seems unreasonable to me. I think 13,000 to 15,000 would be more suitable.

They’re not accommodating. I’ve been trying to call with questions since yesterday and have called more than 20 times, but no one answers.

It’s a very secure place and good for the price. A pool pass for their hotel is included for free.
