The room was uncomfortable because the toilet wasn't in good condition. The TV didn't work at all, and the air-conditioning remote was broken, so adjusting the temperature was difficult. Those basic maintenance problems really affected my stay. For what I paid, I expected the amenities to work. I hope management checks the facilities and fixes issues before guests are checked in.

I regret paying for this stay. The room itself was nice, the bed neat, and there was a TV to relax with, but the floor was dirty as soon as I walked in. It looked as though it had been swept carelessly, and the bathroom floor was just as dirty. There wasn't even a trash can. I'd read positive reviews and gave the place a try, but I was wrong.

The location is handy, near Robinson's Mall, and there's a comfortable coffee shop beside the lobby. I found the Wi-Fi excellent, the beds comfortable, and the rooms clean and maintained well. The place is old, but the staff do their best to make the stay good. They're likeable and efficient, from reception to the room cleaners, and an extremely capable maintenance man gets things fixed promptly. I did hear loud music in some rooms at night, particularly Fridays, so ask for a quiet room when checking in. You might also have to kill a cockroach or two, although the hotel is relatively bug-free and it won't always happen. A front desk woman was especially helpful, calling a Grab taxi for me early in the morning. With a quiet room, it can be a good stay.
