Out of the hotels where I stayed for three nights in Cebu and two in Manila, this was my favorite. There's no shower, so you fill a bucket with water, and you do the same for the toilet. You can use the kitchen as long as you follow the rules. The owner is friendly, and Mongo the dog is cute.
