I knew that could happen, but was still sad they didn't get the room I'd wanted for them. The manager communicated well and tried to help, though one call with my sisters turned tense when he was unhappy about the three-way call. He threatened to cancel the reservation, which was upsetting and stressful, but things were later resolved and apologies were given. Check-in went smoothly, and my family was fine with the early check-in fee of 200php per hour. If roaches don't bother you, the location may still appeal.

We had paid for 2 days in advance, but when we tried to leave on the 1st day, the owner wouldn't refund the second day's payment. Agoda gave us a refund because we're frequent clients. In five years of being Agoda members, this was our first complaint. The room wasn't very clean and didn't even have basics like tissues. There was another business name displayed at the front, and the clerk checked our papers outside while eating fishballs.

The room felt comfortable, like home, and the amenities were good, especially the swimming pool and gym.

A good fit if you can manage a daily budget of 3k pesos.
