The place was tidy and clean, and the staff were kind and accommodating. It's by the main road and near a mall, though taxis were a little hard to find. We had a great stay overall. Room service could use work. There weren't any hangers in the cabinet, so we called for help. We had to follow up three times before anyone attended to it, and then they brought only three hangers for the three of us.

The food was very good, and the customer service was good too. The hotel was inexpensive, though the shower water was cold, which was a shame. It's a bit far from the airport, but tourist spots aren't far away, and there's a supermarket nearby, so getting around wasn't inconvenient. Red Horse was the best. I'd like to stay here again when I visit the Philippines.

The food is really nice, and the Wi-Fi is good. I've stayed here twice. The shower worked okay the first time, but on my second stay it kept switching on and off. The shower handle is very loose, and the doorknob on the first room was broken, which wasn't great. Worst of all, the toilets in both rooms I got wouldn't flush. I'd check that the flush works before taking a room.

Our room and washroom were clean, but construction inside the hotel started at 7 AM without warning. After an 18-hour flight we were exhausted, and the noise kept disturbing us. We complained three times. It would stop for five minutes, then start again. The TV didn't work for our whole stay. We reported it and were told it would be fixed within an hour, but it never was. We were given only one sheet to sleep with. They also tried charging us for minibar drinks we hadn't even opened, and there's a charge if you bring food in from outside.
